jdb Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jdb-bet.cam platform ("jdb" or "Platform"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully read and accepted these Terms.

jdb is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers slot games, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming services.

These Terms may be changed at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change means you are accepting the new terms. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page.

1.1 Scope of Applicability

These Terms apply to jdb's website, mobile app (Android and iOS), and any related services. Accessing or using any part of the platform is subject to these Terms.

To create an account on the jdb platform, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older. Verified documents may be required to confirm age.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• An OTP will be sent to verify your mobile number — the account will not be activated until this step is completed.
• Multiple people at the same household address may hold separate accounts, but each account must be created with distinct identity and payment details.

2.1 Identity Verification

jdb reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. A copy of a national ID card, birth registration certificate, or passport may be requested. If the information is found to be incorrect, the account may be restricted or closed and the balance may be frozen.

Deposits at jdb can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Withdrawals can be made by the same methods, with a minimum withdrawal amount of ৳1,000.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• Depositing using a third party's account or card is prohibited.
• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to your account within a few minutes. If there is a delay, contact support.
• Deposit amounts cannot be unilaterally changed without reason.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified method.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

All bets and gaming activity on the jdb platform are governed by these rules. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was affected by a technical error on the platform.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Each bet must be placed within the minimum and maximum limits set for each game or event.
• If incorrect odds are displayed on any event due to a technical error, data error, or human mistake, jdb reserves the right to void or correct that bet.
• In sports betting, results are determined according to the announcement of the relevant sports authority.
• In in-play betting, if a late bet is processed after the event has concluded, it will be considered void.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results received from the game providers' servers are considered final. In the event of a client-side error, the server record takes precedence.

jdb may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity on the account.
• If information provided during identity verification is found to be incorrect.
• If directed by a court or relevant authority.
• If the user themselves requests account closure.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, you should settle all pending bets and withdraw any withdrawable balance.

The platform offers several voluntary limit-setting features — daily or weekly deposit limits, session time limits, and voluntary breaks (self-exclusion). Contact the support team if you would like to use these features.

10.1 Protection of Minors

Use of any jdb service by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. If an account holder is proven to be under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all winnings and balances will be forfeited.

jdb reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Registered users will be given appropriate notice before any changes take effect — via email, a notification on the platform, or both.

For significant changes, notice is generally given 7 days in advance. Urgent changes (due to legal obligations or security concerns) may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the platform after notice has been given will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If the new terms are not acceptable to you, please request that your account be closed.
